We’ve introduced a commuter benefit allowing the team to purchase mass transit fairs with pre-tax dollars. At year-end (2020), we’ve reduced our commuting miles to 25.2 miles driven per person, per day (last year was 31.8). This represents a reduction of more than 20%.
